Zach Westbrook was named an assistant baseball coach at Dallas College Richland in the fall of 2025.

In 2026, Westbrook was part of a staff that coached Richland to a 24-29-1 overall, 16-14 Dallas Athletic Conference record to finish fourth in the league. Five Thunderducks earned All-DAC honors, including First Team selections Caleb Solis, Brandon Bell and JT Posten. Five Thunderducks received National Junior College Athletic Association All-Academic honors, and Dillon Precht was a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District recipient.
